BOOKING PROCESS
If you want to book I will offer you potential booking dates which will be held for one week. Please note I cannot hold them for longer than that so after one week they will be released.
Once you have agreed your booking date, you will be sent a booking confirmation email with all the details. At this point you will be asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit via Bank Transfer to secure the agreed day and time.
All deposits are non-refundable because if a date is booked and you cancel that day, being self-employed means I will have lost out on the money I was due to earn on that day and cannot fill the space.
The final payment is to be made before or on the day of your agreed session date.
On your booking email I will give you a date to return your Questionnaire, Photos and Pinterest. Please note if you send these back after that date then I will not have enough time to prepare for your session and your booking date may be affected.
If you need to cancel due to illness, I understand that this can happen. I would also ask you to re-book your session within 7 days to secure a new date.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Please note Gift Vouchers are non refundable and must be used within 1 year of purchase.
Your Gift Voucher will be posted to you or your recipient only once full payment is received. If there is not sufficient time to post you can opt for an e-voucher.
TRAVEL
If the session is at your home, I will include in my rate my travel of up to 20 miles from my home in Horsham.
If you live more than 20 miles away then a standard rate of 0.45p per mile including the return journey will be added to your rate.
If journeys are longer than 1 hour each way, an additional charge of £30 per hour travel time will also be added to the overall cost of your session.
